    Alberto Rango observed the object on 2005 Jun 02 at 19:59 UTC, running about
    0.65 late relative my half day old elset, of arc 2005 May 29.15 - Jun 02.15. Its
    rate of decay of was high, due to strong geomagnetic activity on May 30 UTC. 
    
    Alberto's observation made clear that the rate of decay had returned to normal,
    as confirmed by this elset, the arc of which begins with the earliest available
    observations after May 30:
