I put my 10 x 50's on the object to briefly follow it and it was heading along the predicted track of USA 129 so i'm guessing it was it. As i was confirming where i saw the flash in relation to Dubhe when at 05:48:26 i saw an object flaring for several seconds approx 20 deg - diagonally towards the NNW - from the ref star Dubhe. Approx Az 325 deg El 35 deg. I believe that was USA 129 as well as both had a slight orange tint to them.
