Agreed, but in this case, a fairly precise position, and a rather approximate time were reported. I considered all objects within 10 minutes time and 7 deg radius. I found no pairs of satellites, regardless of their direction of travel. Separately, I also considered all possible NOSS pairs, to no avail. If the observer can better define the time estimate, I will try again. The date should be checked again, to be certain.
