perhaps this is well known now, but just in case
it is recent, I now find NASA_TV on DirecTV on
ch 376.  six to 18 months ago, DirecTV ignored
inquires re NASA_TV.

meanwhile spaceflight now says final that NASA will 
not send Shuttle to do a manned maintenance of HST.
seems more of a financial/political decision than
a safety concern.(?)  apparently NASA is considering a 
robotic mission to HST.  sounds like a complicated robot.
