Hello to all of you, Slowly I learn about your sat logs. I begin to understand themlittle by little, very nice. I am working on sat launches all over the years. There are plenty sites with that, but not all complete. I read several words, that I cannot explain for myself. My question: Who can tell me what a "Sounding Rocket is?" Strange question? In my humble opinion I thought that every rocket makes sound. I found different explanations, but I cannot get a clear image on my mind of a sounding rocket. Is anyone of you capable to explain it to me. Thanks a lot, Greetz, Frits-Holland 51.9830 degrees N. and 5.8000 degrees E. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
