    Hi Group

I would like to introduce myself as a frequent satellite observer here
    in N-Germany ...
    - see my signature ...

Yesterday evening (june 03, 2003 at abt. 22:26 local time - MEST) I saw
an object flashing two times within about 10 - 15 seconds. It was flying
from south to north and the flashing occured about 80 degrees altitude
    and 90 degrees azimuth ...

Heavens-above did not show anything like this.

does anybody know what this object could have been ??

    tia

    Jörg
