    Object: #27824 = 03- 25 B = Progress M1-10 Soyuz r

    Decay predictions:
Source Prediction made Predicted decay at Latitude Longitude
                    UTC UTC deg deg
    SCC Jun 10 18:37 Jun 10 18:21 +-7m 25.0 N 100.0 W
    SatEvo Jun 10 21:35 Jun 10 18:21 +-25m 24.0 N 101.6 W

    Final elset:
    Progress M1-10 Soyuz r 138 x 129 km
    1 27824U 03025B 03161.71671988 .23403959 12856-4 17715-3 0 234
    2 27824 51.6216 52.1712 0007232 17.5350 88.0755 16.52249512 379

Note: Like SCC, I estimate that this decayed soon after the end of
the orbit represented by the final elset. This places it northbound
near Monterrey, Mexico, on a track that carried it across N America
in daylight from Houston, Texas, at 18:23 UTC to Memphis, Tennessee,
at 18:25 and Montreal, Canada, at 18:29. The subsequent pass over
Europe (if it were still in orbit) took it from Brest, France, at
    18:40, to Sicily at 18:45.
