Report time 20:00 UTC 2003-025B (#27824) Soyuz 3.Stage At this time there is no FINAL MESSAGE from SCC. My final analysis with MPM+REENTRY shows with the ELSETs 03161.577... - 03161.716... (SFX 155, ap 026) the decay on 10 June, 18:21 UTC +/- 09 minutes (12.49°N,248.90°E) ascending over the Pacific. The last released ELSET 03161.716... (MM 16.522...) shows a tendency for a little later decay (+10 min) but this is a general behaviour for ELSETs very near to the reentry...
