I'm confused ... some TLEs for object 27818 give differing
COSPAR IDs and common names for this object, e.e.g.:

    PAYLOAD A
    1 27818U 03023A 03156.45079010 .00018489 00000-0 20356-1 0 72
    2 27818 82.9489 211.4451 0030011 270.6018 89.2159 13.71869450 81
    SL-4 R/B
    1 27818U 03023A 03160.53511939 .00000046 00000-0 33990-4 0 90
    2 27818 82.9482 208.4366 0029913 259.0442 100.7355 13.71862443 640
    Cosmos 2398
    1 27818U 03023A 03160.53511939 .00000046 00000-0 33990-4 0 90
    2 27818 82.9482 208.4366 0029913 259.0442 100.7355 13.71862443 640

and an explicit query for that object number from OIG yields:

Catalog Query For Catalog Number Response

IntID/Name CatNo Source period Incl Apogee Perigee RCS
    ------------ ----- ------ ------ ------ ------ ------- --------

    2003-022C 27818 CIS 88.3 51.8 197 187 11.3000
    SL-4 R/B Launched (2003/06/02)

So what is 27818? Is it the new Cosmos? Or is it a piece of the
    Mars Express launch?

    Clear and dark skies!
