Alan Pickup has brought to my attention that there was an error in
the Epoch Date Age Analysis of his Keplerian element file SATBASE.TLE.
It appears I made an error in my download and/or unzip of his file.
The error was not in the EDAA program. The correct analysis appears
below. Thanks to Alan Pickup for pointing out this error.
