geo sats.. Bright ones?

    How bright are the TDRS geo sats. I ran mikes highfly program and it is

    Since I can see down to +9 in mag, the mag the planet neptune is around and 
    stars I have seen, then I might be able to spot TDRS 6. That doesn't seem 
    right.
    
    May I suggest to you who have telescopes, to send me your observstions so I 
    can make a web site listing the norad number intl designation and mag of the 
    geo sat. It seems there is no site that does that, which I can find.
    
    Has anyone seen the newest milstar that was going to be at 90 degrees west, 
    accordeing to spaceflight now. I wonder how bright it is?
