    2001-025B (#26854) Proton 3. stage

SPACECOM issued yesterday morning (UTC) their last and totally wrong decay
prediction (Decay: June 16, 23:40 UTC).
With MPM + REENTRY and the ELSET'S 01167.741... - 01168.291... my forecast for
    the decay is June 18, 00:07 UTC +/- 22 minutes (44.11°S, 253.35°E)
on a descending pass over the Pacific. I don't exclude the possibility of an
    one rev earlier decay.
