SPACeCOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared June 16, 19:15 UTC - shows the decay on
16 June, 19:08 UTC +/- 27 minutes (37.6°S, 68.9°E)
on an ascending pass over the Indian Ocean.
MPM + RENTRY delivers with the ELSET'S 01167.512... -001167.766... the decay on
16 June, 19:23 UTC +/- 17 minutes (21.42°N, 119.59°E)
also on a northbound pass over the Pacific.
2001-025B (#26854) Proton 3. stage
SPACECOM issued yesterday morning (UTC) their last and totally wrong decay
prediction (Decay: June 16, 23:40 UTC).
With MPM + REENTRY and the ELSET'S 01167.741... - 01168.291... my forecast for
the decay is June 18, 00:07 UTC +/- 22 minutes (44.11°S, 253.35°E)
on a descending pass over the Pacific. I don't exclude the possibility of an
one rev earlier decay.
