Hi, this may be OT since 23563 (1991-47E) is no longer in orbit
but I know of no better forum. I noticed its inclination of
37.6 deg is not consistent with presumed origin as debris of
PAM-D 21555 1991-47D (i=34.6 deg). Anyone have a better parent
to tag it with?
