ISS radiators on the US Segment are three smaller panels (13.670×3.405 meters including hinges) on the ITS P6 (Integrated Truss Structure Port Six) located below solar panels and oriented with their faces "vertically" (in normal LVLH orientation). In this orientation the radiative surface is (almost) away from direction to the Sun and (almost) away from the Earth, ie. directed mostly against space background.
