    What about on the Internation Space Station?  If you look at pictures of
    the ISS, you will see swarms of small (~ 40cm in diameter), white disks
    on its hull.  Are these radiators, or something else entirely?  I've
    always wonderned what they were.
    
    
    P.S.:  If you've never noticed the small white disks that I am referring
    to, then I can make available images that show them in plain detail.
