    Note: The latest elset shows this running 21 sec early against 
    yesterday's prediction. A new analysis puts the decay in good
    agreement with SpaceCom's estimate. I show it decaying southbound
    over north-eastern Australia on a track that would carry it to 
    Sydney at 18:56 UTC. Earlier on that orbit, the final one above,
    it crosses northbound over the UK from Aberystwyth, Wales, at
    18:18 to Newcastle-upon-Type, NE England, at 18:19, continuing to
    Oslo, Norway, at 18:21.
