    TDRS launches on an Atlas 2A.  Folks in Australia and near should
    have the opportunity to see it and the Atlas upper stage well before
    the first apogee.

    This elset is after Burn 1 of stage 4.  There is another burn that occurs
    around 00:13 UT on 1 Jul.  This is over latitude 3.45N, longitude 3.8E.
    
    Thus folks in Africa and much of Europe might see it.  It may require
    optical aid.
