    SpaceCom's REPORT TWO HOURS BEFORE DECAY - prepared June 26,  15:37 UTC -
    shows                26 June, 15:37 UTC +/- 02 hours (73.9°N, 95.6°E)
    on a northbound pass over Sibiria. We are still missing the FINAL REPORT.
    Is it the same procedure like Cosmos 1145, the "brother" of Cosmos 1077?
    SpaceCom have to close this file since June 16...
    MPM  + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 00178.087... - 00178.514... the decay on
                         26 June, 15:29 UTC +/- 11 minutes (51.93°, 75.22°E)
    on the same pass over  Northern Kazakstan.
    
    2000-031B (#26379) Proton R/B
    
    SpaceCom's FINAL REPORT - prepared June 26, 05:07 UTC shows the decay on
                         26 June, 05:01 UTC +/- 43 minutes (03.9°S, 284.3°E)
    on a northbound pass over Peru.
    MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 00177.933... - 00178.147... the decay
    on                   26 June, 05:04.4 UTC +/- 08 minutes ( 07.05°N, 292.05°E)
    on the same pass over Venezuela. The agreement between SpaceCom, Alan and also
    with my preceding forecast is excellent.... Is there some hope for a visual
    confirmation ?
