The launch of Express 3A has produced two new decayers - its Proton
rocket and platform. SpaceCom has posted decay notices for both, but
I'll refrain from posting my SatEvo predictions for these until more
elsets appear. Even so, I have updated my Decay Watch page
http://www.wingar.demon.co.uk/satevo/dkwatch/
with SpaceCom's predictions for these, plus my new prediction for Cosmos
1077:
#11268 = 79- 12 A = Cosmos 1077
Current decay estimates:
SpaceCom: Jun 26 18:56 +-2d 7.4 N 168.6 W
SatEvo: Jun 26 09:10 +-11h
The latest elset...
Cosmos 1077 5.0 1.5 0.0 5.4 v 13 211 x 198 km
1 11268U 79012A 00176.40428241 .02605698 -94346-6 87011-3 0 6307
2 11268 81.1604 214.1652 0009806 230.4744 330.6863 16.25669288176150
...shows this running 10 sec early against yesterday's prediction.

hope to post predictions on my Decay Watch later today.
