    Report time 11:30 UTC

    1979-012A (#11268) Cosmos 1077

SpaceCom's last forecast- prepared June 23, 22:47 UTC - shows the decay on
                          26 June, 18:56 UTC +/- 02 days (07.4N, 191.4E)
on a descending pass over the Pacific.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the last 2 ELSETs 00176.330... and 00176.404... the
    decay on 26 June, 16:36 UTC +/- 02 hours (56.95S, 34.29E)
on a northbound pass over South Indian Ocean.

Remarks: The ballistic coefficient of this heavy ELINT ( mass around 4000 kg)
derived from the ELSETs over the last 3 days shows some fluctuations, but one
can see very clearly the tendency for a slip to an earlier decay time as SpaceCom
    predicted.
