I produced the following elements based on observations by myself, David
Brierley, Russell Eberst and Mike Waterman, between 2 and 7 June 2000 UTC:

USA 116         15.0  3.0  0.0  5.1 v
1 23728U 95066A   00158.98972801  .00013804  00000-0  32831-3 0    05

USA 129         15.0  3.0  0.0  5.1 v

2 24680  97.8887 222.1065 0504831  13.1950 348.1995 14.75833197    04

Mean residuals of both elsets are better than 1 arc min.

I observed the following 96072A points last night:

24680 96 072A   2701 G 20000607023211000 17 25 0824387+830182 28 S

The first two had better residuals than the third.
