I did not see the USA 89 rocket (22519) at 01:39:26.8. It was no help that no constellations were recognizable in half of the sky. The target just happened to spend all of its time there. If only I had darker skies!! I saw the Cosmos 2219 rocket (22220) at 01:50:53.3. Very bright in my 7x35 binoculars; indeed, even visible naked-eye (that's exceptionally rare for any sat!) !!
