I produced the following elements based on observations by myself, David
Brierley, Russell Eberst and Peter Wakelin, between 31 May and 5 June 2000 UTC:

USA 116         15.0  3.0  0.0  5.1 v

USA 129         15.0  3.0  0.0  5.1 v

Mean residuals of both elsets are better than 1 arc min.

I observed one 96072A point last night:
