Regarding my observation last Friday night, I didn't time the flashing at
exactly 2 seconds.  After that fact, when Penny mentioned she saw something
flashing at 2 seconds, that sounded about right for what I saw.  It's
certainly possible it was flashing at 3 seconds, for example, so it could
certainly have been a different satellite that she saw.
