#24211 = 96- 44 D = Italsat 2 Spelda
This kept quite close to the SatEvo prediction I posted yesterday, the
final elset...
Italsat 2 Spelda 348 x 117 km
1 24211U 96044D 00153.45424917 .45825776 -34996-4 76048-3 0 2652
2 24211 5.7566 146.9117 0175125 104.2087 257.8707 16.15342273 48151
... showing it running 23 sec early. I believe that the elset above is
for the final equator crossing, with decay coming some distance beyond
perigee on the rev at Jun 1 11:29 +-20m near 3.3 N, 130.7 W. This puts
it over the eastern Pacific, not the western Pacific as I stated
yesterday.
SpaceCom has yet to issue its post-decay notice, but the preceding one
predicted decay for Jun 1 11:13 +-55m at 5.4 S, 160.1 E, earlier on its
pass across the Pacific.

#26371 = 91- 15 K = Astra 1B Ariane 44LP deb
The latest and possibly final elset for this is...
Astra 1B Ariane 44LP deb K 666 x 135 km
1 26371U 91015K 00153.03449303 .14583796 -29849-4 11852-2 0 114
2 26371 7.3214 50.9049 0391303 301.4207 55.0100 15.55599723 52741
There is no updated prediction from SpaceCom, but I show this decaying
at Jun 1 14:10 +-4h near 5.5 S, 104.8 W. Like #24211 a couple of hours
earlier, I place this decay over the eastern Pacific.
