    Penny & Aaron,
you do not see the same pass of 99 39B that evening.
Predictions for Aaron's site show a good , though not perfect pass
two orbits later. For Aaron this came out of shadow in the South, a consequence
of his lower latitude. The other obvious flasher 93 20J made a high
elevation pass a little to the west of 99 39B. Apart from a 25 degree difference
in inclinations, the distinguishing characteristics are the flash period,
which can be checked from recent seesat postings.
