I wonder if anyone can recall the date MTSI-3 decayed,and if possible the
approx position of re-entry?
(MSTI-3 was the sat targetted by the US navy laser weapon MIRACL ....the
Navy said the test was a success,but later reports indicated that the
satellite was unharmed by the incident , and decayed naturally )
