STARSHINE Disappointment

Tonight (1999 June 19, 0424 UTC) I saw only two flashes (mag 0 or +1, guess)
from Starshine during a 51 degree pass. The flashes were about 30-60
seconds apart, near the highest elevation portion of the pass, in the
south-southeast. Seeing conditions were as good as they get here, clear,
steady air, but limiting magnitude about +2 due to severe light pollution.
I was just using one-power.

Now I know why I never liked disco music ;)
