Re: ISS/Babylon 1 minor orbit change?

Last night (early morning 17 Jun) ISS #25544 98067A was approx 2 min and 30
sec late. On Jun 13 UTC i observed it but didn't get an accurate timing,
however it arrived when it was supposed to or was just a few seconds late.
So if any orbit change was done, it was done sometime between those dates.
