There's basic info at Hughes,
http://www.hughespace.com/factsheets/601/astra/astra.html.
SES has an ASTRA page at http://www.astra.lu/company/index.htm,
------
A Proton D-1-e launch vehicle is scheduled to carry ASTRA 1H into geostationary
transfer orbit during the early morning hours of June 18th, 1999. The launch
window
for ASTRA 1H opens at 07.49.30 am Baikonur time, (i.e. 03.49.30 a.m. CET or
01.49.30 a.m. GMT).
------
And Florida Today had a recent story,
http://www.flatoday.com/space/explore/stories/1999b/061199a.htm.
Hopefully this is enough information...
