Regarding decayer...

Object: #4120 = 69- 84 B = Meteor 1-2 Vostok r

In fact one late elset appeared:
Meteor 1-2 r     3.8  2.6  0.0  5.1 v            140 x 125 km

2 04120  81.1872  91.4635 0011630 222.9031 137.5392 16.52652422625776

This has it 2 seconds earlier than I had expected but the decay 
analysis is little affected.
