This elset has an extreme drag, causing >30 min early arrival after 24h,
growing quadratically. Earlier elsets showed lower values
(they usually do), but just looking at the MM changes below,
I believe .17000000 is a better ndot2 value, and 15000-1 for Bstar.
Depending on if your prediction program uses SGP or SGP4 you may
get different predictions.
