1994-043B (#23186) CZ-3 R/B

In its final report - prepared June 8, 03:48 UTC - SpaceCom reports a decay at
                      June 8, 03:34 UTC +/- 07 minutes (19.0°S, 100.0°E)
on a northbound pass over the Pacific near the Australian West Coast.

The good news in respect to the MPM results: My yesterdays predictions - report
time 11:00 and 14:10 UTC - shows an excellent agreement with SpaceComs final 
report.
The bad news: Beginning with ELSET 99158.411... MPM starts to deliver a decay 
time one rev later and all following ELSETs shows the same results. I am trying 
to solve this peculiar behavior.
