Satellite sep is at 4150 seconds after launch. A burn to circularize
the orbit occurs earlier at 3712-3738 seconds AFTER launch (15:23 UT). This
occurs at night with the satellites/rocket in darkness and MIGHT be visible
from
much of southern half of Australia. The launch window is now three minutes
long (1420:50-1423:50 GMT). I suspect it could be photographed as well
using a camera mounted tripod and semi-fast film.
