1994-043B (#23186) CZ3-R/B

In its newest update - released June 7 13:34 UTC - SpaceCom has shifted the decay 
to a later time:       June 8, 01:54 UTC +/- 09 hours (24.9°S, 59.8°E)

I think they will shift it again for one or two revs forward. At this moment 
there is no new ELSET and my prediction stands unchanged at:
                       June 8, 03:39 UTC +/- 90 minutes (17.2°S, 104.8°E)
