hello all,
Gorizont 23 = 91- 46 A = 21533 should be visible over America now, measurements
of the flashing period are very much appreciated !! During May this one was
observed regularly flashing to mag +5 from Europe by different observers,
with a period of about 50 seconds. The period was increasing perfectly
linear, at least during two-three weeks , so an update is urgently
necessary to confirm this !!
Who makes the next observation ?
I'm also busy creating the next update to our archive of flashing period
measurements. So if you still have observations that haven't been
send, please send them - preferably in the correct PPAS format - to
ppas@list.satellite.eu.org
