1999-28B (#25745) Titan IV R/B

The new SpaceCom update - prepared June 1, 10:02 UTC - shows
                 June 1, 12:04 UTC +/- 03 hours (53.3°S, 311.5°E)

Based on SatEvo 99152.025... with a correction (2 minutes) derived from the new
SpaceCom's "TRAJECTORY PRIOR DECAY" - Point 10:48 UTC - MPM shows again with a
little position shift:
                 June 1, 12:16: UTC +/- 44 minutes (12.1°S, 344.3°E)
on the same northbound pass over the Midatlantic.
