Latest Cosmos Sextuplet Launch

SPACE FAX DAILY reported in its June 19th issue (Global Edition) that 
"Kosmos 6 military sats now in correct 1,400 km circular orbit".

To my knowledge this class of satellite (Strela-3, launched since 1985)
have never shown an in-orbit manoeuvre capability and as the orbital data
below shows the orbits have not changed since launch - other than slight
changes as USSPACECOM refines the orbital parameters with more and better
measurements.
