The skies were mostly cloudy here but there 2 obs of note.

USA 129 seemed to be running almost 2 minutes early using the following elset:

It passed directly below Alpha-UMa at 22:31:51 EDT (02:31:51 UT)

The Titan IV r/b was right on time again using this elset:
