Reading the post of Grzegorz Koralewski's sighting and Russell Eberst's
identifying of Noss 2-3, i was wondering if anyone could update the elsets
for the NOSS trio. Here are the last ones i have for them:

NOSS 2-3 (C) 3.0 2.0 0.0 5.9 v
1 23908U 96029 C 98085.09465258 .00000015 00000-0 27352-4 0 09
2 23908 63.4280 333.8889 0021000 192.7034 167.2966 13.40284134 05
NOSS 2-3 (D) 3.0 2.0 0.0 5.9 v
1 23862U 96029 D 98085.09463623 .00000015 00000-0 27352-4 0 02
2 23862 63.4270 334.0602 0021000 160.3921 199.6079 13.40283872 07
NOSS 2-3 (E) 3.0 2.0 0.0 5.9 v
1 23936U 96029 E 98078.82737244 .00000020 00000-0 36469-4 0 05
2 23936 63.4270 350.0064 0021000 159.6362 200.3638 13.40284080 02

Below is the highly accurate sighting report by Grzegorz which should help
update the numbers. I don't know how to do myself nor do i have any star
charts to plot their course. Any help would be appreciated as i would like
to see the trio once again. Thanks

Jari
