ERS-1 made a collision avoidance manouver yesterday at 11:34 UTC to =
avoid a possible impact with COSMOS 614 at 13:24:47 UTC over Eastern =
Brazil. Predicted separation was 130m, with uncertainty of +/- 20km in =
track, +/- 200m radial and +/- 300m out of plane. Probability of impact =
1:10,000.

Manouver was a delta V along track of 1 m/s, to raise orbit 4km above =
collision point. Manouver to reset orbit will be today.
