The latest OIG elements each have a post-collision epoch

Progress(?) or debris(?)
1 24845U 86017MB 97176.57062423 .00013654 00000-0 10217-3 0 11
2 24845 51.6204 43.7392 0064660 172.8575 191.5088 15.70230578 20
Mir
1 16609U 86017A 97176.82697457 .00124055 00000-0 15170-2 0 4057
2 16609 51.6537 42.4695 0005208 181.3358 178.7767 15.59484524648362

I _assume_ 24845 is Progress (or is it debris?)

I have not been following Mir and Progress element sets lately, so I can't
say offhand if these elements truly represent their post-collision orbits.
These elements have Progress(?) leading Mir by about 7 minutes.

Looks like good viewing opportunities for Australia and S. hemisphere.
