Hi all,

Just a friendly reminder to all contributors to SeeSat-L from our
introduction-message:

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you send binary/encoded messages to
SeeSat-L. We want only ASCII messages on SeeSat-L. Be careful when you
'attach' files to your message. These attachments can be encoded !

The reason for this policy is that it usually involves large files,
many people can't handle encoded messages, etc.

If you have a picture you want to show people, ask us to put it on the
VSOHP WWW pages.

Cheers,
     Bart
