Hello from the Boston Museum of Science-

Observed Noss 2-3 r just a moment ago... used elements from David Brierly:
NOSS 2-3 r 9.8 3.0 0.0 4.8 v
1 23907U 96029B 97171.44764608 .00017046 00000-0 12097-3 0 06
2 23907 63.4294 292.5272 0173669 152.0411 208.9255 15.46314612 04

Object was 13.5 seconds later than expected and 0.5 degree east of the
expected location. These values were measured with our tracking telescopes,
and are quite accurate.
