Hello,
Probably smth happened with the OIG server since they didn't updated
TLEs for any objects during last 24 hours. But, fortunately,
Dr Ted Kelso is able to help us as usually during last 10 years (and
even more). Here is extraction from his tle.014 (014 of 3rd thousand!)
