I assume that this is FY-2 1R, China's first geosynch orbit 
meteorological satellite aboard a CZ-3: it was due this month.   The "R" 
is because the original FY-2 1 was destroyed in a pre-launch 
propellant-loading accident before being mated to the launch vehicle in 
1994.  

If anyone has Chinese-announced launch times for this flight and last 
month's Zhongxing 8 (DFH-3 2) then I would appreciate them.   The Chinese 
seem to have stopped putting out Information Notes for new launches !
