Tracking programs

Greetings all from Boston, Massachuestts.

	I am wondering if anyone can suggest a tracking program for
	the folks who are visually impaired. If you know of a satellite
	tracking program that works with various voice engines please
	let me know. I am researching this information for two amateur
	radio operators who are visualy impaired and enjoy satellite 
	tracking and talking to other stations who use the satellites.
