LAST OBSERVATIONS OF NOSS 2 F ?

The last elements for NOSS 2 A and F are from mid 1990. I presume that is
when they were last recorded. I just found notes that I had looked for them
in 1991. I didn't see A, either because it was fainter than mag 8, or the
time was way off. Apparently though, I did spot F on 2 occasions. Another
time, it was too faint. I don't know if this is still of any use, but here
are the observations:
