We continue to have an interest in getting some pix of Keyhole and Lacrosse
satellites. To try to figure out just what would be required/desired here,
we are working to fiddle around with pix of Hubble taken from orbit to
simulate what ground-based pix might look like, so as to determine just what
sorta ground-based performance would be needed to provide useful insight
into these spacecraft.

A very rough cut at this process can be viewed at

        http://www.fas.org/spp/military/program/track/blakbird.htm

I didn't have any line.pair bars handy, so I can't precisely calculate just
what sorta resolution [and thus system performance] is represented here, but
you get the general idea, and we will try to be a bit more precise sometime
soon.
