It appears that this object decayed at about June 11.91, shortly after
this final OIG element.
86- 17 KH
1 23889U 86017KH 96163.87277661 .99999999 12161-4 16650-1 0 280
2 23889 51.6505 148.7519 0006604 226.3419 149.4416 16.33182716 2135
Object #20042 = 89- 41 C (Ariane 44L R) decayed at about June 12.48, by
my calculation. OIG issued a flurry of four elsets for one of its later
revs, then fell silent on the object; here is one of them:
89041C
1 20042U 89041C 96165.11963304 .86537125 00000-0 18350-2 0 6593
2 20042 6.4890 256.5035 0307805 83.9810 279.6003 15.83159499 42316
In the hope that this doesn't take as long to reach the SeeSat list...
